This place is a hidden gem in St. Paul! The river views are amazing and apartments are very modern and brand new. As a single female I feel very safe living here alone.

I decided on V2 after extensive online research and many tours. The apartment layout and kitchen finishes seemed comparable to others in the same price range, but the in-unit laundry and soaker bathtub were much better. I also appreciated their pricing transparency and use of technology to streamline processes such as rent payment and mail.

If you are looking for a beautiful home that has it all check out V2! Fantastic location near the airport, MOA and downtown St. Paul. Miles of biking trails. Gorgeous views of the Mississippi. Beautiful apartment finishes (the same that I would put into building my own home). Amazing amenities. Fantastic staff! Love, love, love it here! Feels like home!

This is a wonderful apartment building. I've given you lots of kudos in the past. The views are spectacular. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I love being able to watch the Mississippi from my windows.

I love living here. Quiet, well maintained. Friendly staff. It's home! The grounds maintenance is excellent year round. Throughout the community things are clean and organized. Very serene setting yet close to everything one needs to live a charmed life.

So far I love it here!!! Very welcoming and a great environment!! Neighborhood and the community is very welcoming! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!

"I love living here! Looking out over the river doesn't feel like you're living in the city but you're still so close to everything, it's a perfect location. Everyone I've met has been very friendly! I'd have no reason to move."

We moved in to V2 Apartments in October of 2025 and we love it! Everything is well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful. There are walking trails nearby and a great view of the Mississippi. It's a great place to live in a wonderful community."

Victoria Park has been a great place to call home for the past few years. The location and accommodations are unmatched with other St Paul apartments. We've loved the prompt responses from staff, reasonable rent pricing, and being next to a gorgeous park and close to great places. We've been here for 3 years and plan to stay for more. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet yet active community to live in."

Abby was an amazing resource when I moved in! She made the transition seamless. Moving can be a stressful time. The group of employees at Victoria Park took the stress out and made it easy! Thanks for all that you do.

V2 is a quiet place to live, and every neighbor has been kind. I like the gym, free coffee, beautiful lobby, dog wash station, and the free car-wash-style vacuum in the garage. Great location beside the Mississippi River.

The buildings and grounds are neat and tidy. There are gorgeous trails right nearby. The residents are lovely, friendly, and quiet. Maintenance requests are processed quickly. The complex is in a great location as well, with many facilities easily within walking distance. It is the best apartment I have lived in to this point.
