This place is a hidden gem in St. Paul! The river views are amazing and apartments are very modern and brand new. As a single female I feel very safe living here alone.

I decided on V2 after extensive online research and many tours. The apartment layout and kitchen finishes seemed comparable to others in the same price range, but the in-unit laundry and soaker bathtub were much better. I also appreciated their pricing transparency and use of technology to streamline processes such as rent payment and mail.

If you are looking for a beautiful home that has it all check out V2! Fantastic location near the airport, MOA and downtown St. Paul. Miles of biking trails. Gorgeous views of the Mississippi. Beautiful apartment finishes (the same that I would put into building my own home). Amazing amenities. Fantastic staff! Love, love, love it here! Feels like home!

This is a wonderful apartment building. I've given you lots of kudos in the past. The views are spectacular. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I love being able to watch the Mississippi from my windows.

I love living here. Quiet, well maintained. Friendly staff. It's home! The grounds maintenance is excellent year round. Throughout the community things are clean and organized. Very serene setting yet close to everything one needs to live a charmed life.

Victoria Park has been a great place to call home for the past few years. The location and accommodations are unmatched with other St Paul apartments. We've loved the prompt responses from staff, reasonable rent pricing, and being next to a gorgeous park and close to great places. We've been here for 3 years and plan to stay for more. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet yet active community to live in."
